Yes. Werewolves, vampires, and ghosts. I'm given to understand that such creatures are not common on all worlds, but they are quite common in mine.

Oh, that's fascinating. Vampires, werewolves, stuff like that, that's usually attributable to alien lifeforms in my universe, not anything native to Earth itself.

It has taken many years to get where we are, and it will take many more before the same happens to the rest of the world.

Yes. The Americans still take to burning their supernaturals. And there are many other countries that have not taken to complete tolerance of them.

Even here, there are people who remain cautious of the supernatural presence in society.

Well, that's Americans for you. Are the Mediterranean lot still in on that sort of thing as well?

Well, put things that traditionally feed off of humans into a society with them, no matter how integrated they get there'll always be naysayers.
