This is cool and all, but what is it? I don't think the captain ever told me about this. I guess it's magic. Not my thing so maybe I'll just leave it alone...

[He looks back before he can walk away.]

I'm Jack, though, in case there's actually someone out there... in the book? Ok Jack, talking to a book now. Guess I really do miss Ridley and the Captain already.

Well, I know the higher ups at the castle can be kind of mysterious sometimes, but I don't know if they'd really do that. But then again... they kicked the captain and me out for no real reason so... Do you really think so, Roze?

I don't know them but...but it's possible. That they would kick you out without reason doesn't make sense.

I will. I just wish I knew where the captain was right about now. He'd know what to do. Until then though, I'll just keep doing my job.

Well, he took off after he failed the entrance test at Theater Vancoor, where I'm working now. I just, haven't seen him since. He's a smart guy though, I'm sure he's doing fine.

Well I... I guess I just took up my sword and tried it. It came natural enough, but the captain and sarge from Theater Vancoor taught me a lot too.
