03 Missing Possession Virus [Handwritten]

[If others could see Issun, they would easily notice a certain weariness. The community had left him two sets of items while taking only one of his own. The one item turned out to be set of various recordings of a man in a different world. He had spoken regretfully of leaving someone behind. The videos were obviously meant to be for someone else, but the community was not lenient in letting them remain unwatched by a stranger.

What the community took from Issun was a paintbrush. That had sent him to look all over for it nonstop for the past day, backtracking with Ammy to see if it had been dropped. Knowing that it was gone had brought much anxiety to the both of them, even if not everyone could use it. However, the possibility that it could fall into the hands of someone less than worthy to wield it was a threat. This risk was the precise reason that the Celestial Brush remained a secret to many humans and spirits alike. Needless to say, Ammy was not happy that his had disappeared overnight.

Then again, Issun wouldn’t have been able to use it to its full potential anyways. After all, his name had been taken. How unsettling that such a simple book could capture a part of the essence and lock it away. His name was written right there—so close, so material—on the page along with a part of who he was. In reality it was sealed by something completely foreign, completely…human. And his was there with hundreds of other names. Issun had assumed that the magic that bound them was by the law of contracts and nothing more. It seemed that the book had been corrupted enough by the great powers it contained within that simply signing its pages forged ownership of a name without consent. How could the other true owners of the names be fine with it, knowing that a part of their self was missing? No wonder spirits attacked Natsume everyday… ]

Anyone here on this community named Jecht? Or maybe Auron or Braska? I've got some things that might belong to them.

The item I lost was a paintbrush.

[Locked to Natsume]
I have the Yuujinchou. It took my name.

If I get to see them. I doubt I will. They're probably in some bar now, forgotten.

It couldn't have been because of me. There must be something else on there.

Yeah, he left us. A long time ago.

[identity profile] swordplaying.livejournal.com 2011-09-16 05:39 am (UTC)(link)
You don't have to tell me that.

[identity profile] swordplaying.livejournal.com 2011-09-16 05:47 am (UTC)(link)
No! I know that there's something weird going on.

He never missed me. Maybe not even mom.

Yeah, sure. Anyway, he's on the community somewhere so...you'll probably eventually meet.

I'm not lucky at all! You don't know what you're talking about.

I had an old man who did nothing but yell at me and make fun of me. I would be lucky to even talk to him when he was sober. He didn't have the time for me unless it was to tell me how...what-- that I couldn't do what I wanted!

If you consider that lucky, then fine, let's trade places.

Too little too late. I don't care what he says on those stupid things.

[Tidus pauses, then groans, scratching the back of his head.] Why are you asking me this?
