To fight Morgana. She put a ... Fomorroh in me. So I had to go destroy the mother creature so that I wouldn't be under Morgana's control anymore.

It's this...weird...mind control creature thing. The ancient priestesses used it to control the minds of their enemy. If you cut off a head, another one grows in its place.

Yes. I destroyed the mother creature and Gaius removed the thing in my neck. [he's shuddering as he remembers it] and I wouldn't be posting here if I was still under the influence.

Not yet. Magic is still banned. I had to go in my old man disguise to fight her.
