[Jak's sitting in a garage, staring at a giant robot. He doesn't look pleased, and insofar as the big metal creature has an expression it mostly just looks rather confused.]

Does anyone want to tell me why there's a giant robot in my garage? Or where the Slam Dozer went? It's hard to miss, it's got a bunch of armor and has a giant metal ram on the front.

This really isn't a good day. Seems like half the people I know here are, I don't know, back in time or something, and don't remember me, and then I come into the garage and find out my car's been replaced with a giant robot. All these freaking viruses at once...

You tell me. Probably a virus; I think I remember this happening to a bunch of people a couple months ago. I'm guessing you've probably found some big machine with wheels somewhere?

Yes. I went to summon Ironside and this four wheeled clockwork contraption appeared instead.

They are devils that I have forged, and thus share my life force, so they do not come out of nowhere.

It's... a vehicle. You sit in it, and then you mostly run things over. That's what all the armor's for; it's a combat vehicle.

I've never heard of such a device before. How does it move? I see nothing where you can hitch a horse to.

Some what. I am a Devil Forge Master. With the right conjured mater, I can create devils but fusing it with my life force and a damned soul.

It's got an engine inside, basically it... it's kind of like clockwork but it uses fire instead of gears. Or something. I'm not a mechanic, I don't know how this stuff works, I just drive the thing.

No, I think he's mostly just confused. The garage is kind of small for him, anyway. But he's just been sitting quietly, which is good; people around here don't like robots much.

Uh, it's called Spargus City. I know there's at least one worldhopper who knows where it is, but she's kind of... regressed at the moment. They'll have to get here anyway to pick up Ironside.
