[The scene opens onto a nice house. It's night time and the trees are rustling. Then the noises start and a man's voice, familiar to those who know James starts to speak.]

Love, take Harry and go! It’s him! Go! Run! I’ll hold him off ------

[The man runs down the stairs away from the woman, who's face remains hidden, and stands in front of a taller man. James holds out his wand but before anything else can happen, there is a flash of green light and he falls to the ground. The taller man moves past him as the scene ends.]

((OOC: I have changed Lily's name to Love so that he doesn't find out yet. Enjoy his death!))

[It was one thing to be told that his friend was going to die at the hands of the Dark Lord. It was of course another thing entirely to see it happen right before your eyes.

The worse part was....Peter knew now how this all came to be. Why James died and why Harry ended up where he was.

It was all his fault. Peter Pettigrew did this. While most of him was completely sickened, almost to the point where he wanted to rush to the loo...there was a little dark part of him deep in side that felt the tiniest glimmer of pride. Pride that useless little lump Peter, helped to fell one of the most powerful wizard in their year.

That was the part that made him rush off to empty lunch into the toilet.]
