What do you judge people on the most?

Not in my experience. It doesn't really help. If you're right in your judgments, you still have to find out, and if not, you'll probably hurt them.

What about peoople with special powers?

Not really. If they worked hard to get those powers, that's admirable, but it doesn't mean they're better.

If you work hard but are not talented I don't think you can achieve very much.
