[video] [let's get this double intro party started]
[Well, hello there, community. Today you get to see a glowing purple and blue guy who seems to have an unhealthy obsession with clocks, to the point of having one embedded in his chest; he's even got a staff with stopwatch perched atop it. Also, he's floating. And peering at the screen.]
Strange... this certainly connects both separate timelines and different times themselves. What I don't understand is how. Or why it would deem fit to show itself now.
[Suddenly there's the sound of, well, condensed high speed, as if something is barreling towards aforementioned floating person with the intention of punting his head from his shoulders.]
[Mr. Glow doesn't seem all that concerned. Just as a blur of black and white zooms into view - wait wait, did the floating guy just teleport? And instantaneously, too, without any flashy lights or anything. Although, oddly enough, he's just lifting a finger from the button on that stopwatch.]
[In any case, he's about two feet further away now, which causes said fast object to receive a speeding ticket via crashing into a wall just offscreen. Everything shakes.]
Good morning, Dan.
[There is a burst of swearing, interspersed with... the names of baked goods, for some reason. Finally, it's topped with a -] ...I hate you. So much. [This is followed by another groan as a second figure strides onscreen, rubbing the back of his head. Conveniently enough, he is also glowing. And floating. Do you spy a trend here?]
Settle down. We seem to have attracted some sort of multi-chronological focal point. Speaking of which...
[The first person glides forward and leans down over the screen again.] Is there anyone on the other side of this connection? Hello?
[OOC: Comments will be replied to by either character once mun gets some sleep. Also, you may want to fill out Clockwork's permissions post. Will be tagged with characters whenever space frees up.]
