What makes a person who can think and feel 'bad'?

That would depend on the exact nature of your question. And also whoever you happened to ask. I understand such matters are often subjective.

I guess I'll get a bunch of subjective answers. Let's say I'm asking you?

I suppose it would depend largely on the actions and intentions of a person.

What's an example of a bad person?

If you were to ask my opinion... someone who carries ill will towards another, or a great number of others, and actively works to harm those people for no constructive reason.

It what a person does. Bad people hurt others.

What if they have a reason?

If someone is attacking you, you have the right to defend yourself. There are also accidents.

Though some reasons are good enough, not all of them are.

What if someone wasn't attacking you, but hurting them would make things safer for you anyway? Someone else was threatening you.

How many bad things do you have to do to be bad?

Lots! And they haz to do it on purpose.

What if they don't think it's a bad thing? Or they think it's a bad thing but feel bad about it?

I'm not sure I believe there are any inherently 'bad' individuals. But a person's actions can cause them to be perceived as such.

I don't believe in bad people, either.

Most people would disagree with us.
