I get the feeling I'm still sleeping. Once I wake up, it's probably not going to be here anymore. But I've never had a dream like this. I guess it couldn't hurt to talk until I'm awake.

My world is my world. From the sound of it, most people don't have laguz in theirs, and they're farther in the future. But it's not really all that different otherwise.

That's a pretty hard question. Like asking someone to explain the stars. Specifics might be better.

I am. In short, it's a species of beings who have two natural forms. One similar to human. One not. We can change at will and have very different lifestyles to humans, whom we call beorc.

Each tribe has varieties. I am of the bird tribe. My other form is a hawk.

If it's a dream, it's been going on the entire time I've been here. Which is, y'know, years now. So probably not.

Anyway. My world is... hm. Well, we've got better technology than most of them. And different animals. And we've all got ears like these. [He gestures to his own.]

[Serge glances down, smiling uncertainly. There goes his idea that the community would go away in a few days.

His eyes flicker back to the screen. He doesn't know a lot about technology, but that doesn't stop him from being curious about that and the other worlds.]

[He steps to one side to give the camera a view of his room. Which would probably leave one with the impression that the dominant color of Jak's world is gray. There's a large, lit-up sign hanging from a building visible through the window.]

Arni's a pretty small village by the ocean. Everyone knows everyone here. We don't have a lot of gray, we live in huts mostly. What we're known for is fishing...not much else goes on. We're on the El Nido island though, and Termina is more advanced.

Heh. I grew up in a place like that, actually. But it's been... a long time since then. Sounds like a nice town.
