Either another virus is around or something weird is going on. For some reason, I can't seem to remember the last 10 or 15 minutes except something about a tall guy visiting here. I wish I could remember more details, but that's about it.

Anyone experiencing something similar like that?

Nothing like that has happened...not to me anyway. Are you feeling alright? I mean other than not being able to remember...

I'm fine. Glad that nothing's happened to you.

Nope...for the most part I seem to be doing all right. Nothing horrible has been happening lately so.

Not even any monsters or anything?

Not one, not for several days now. Since Ail and En left the planet things have been pretty peaceful.

Ail and En?

They were the pair of enemies sending Cardians after us.

Oh they were sending more monsters? What made them give up and leave?

They realized that their Doom Tree needed love, rather than human energy to survive. Ail an En weren't bad themselves they'd just been brought up in an atmosphere filled with hatred and death. They thought that aggression and just taking the things you wanted was the only way to live...but they had a change of heart in the end and left on their own to find a planet to raise their tree on.

I see. I'm glad that misunderstanding got cleared up before any real damage could be made.

Me too, in the end it was actually the tree that did most of the work for us, but things are fine now.

At least the tree itself didn't cause any damage. I remember a couple years ago, we had that alien invasion and the Black Arms planted those strange fruits that did some damage to the environment. The only reason they did that was to make Earth more suitable for them.

[He then shudders.] I'm glad Shadow was able to stop them before we all became their dinner.

..13. Why do you ask?

That's kind of young to be getting visits from strange men. Did you know him?

[twotailmechanic]

Not really. I don't think so, but I might have if I could remember.

[mockspeople]

You should find a policeman on your world and describe him to them.

[twotailmechanic]

That's the thing. The only thing I can remember about him was that he was tall. Even if I did that, it wouldn't exactly help. Plus there's also the possibility that he's a member of the community, which in that case, they wouldn't be able to help.

What about your parents?

I don't have parents.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised.
