What is your world like?

While the Americans did visit the moon some years ago, no one on my world is so well versed in space travel. I simply have friends who are in their own worlds.

Mechanics must be a very prestigious field up there, certainly very advanced.

Oh I see. Your world is just beginning space travel then?

It is. They always need mechanics in space. It is very advanced and takes time to learn.

It does seem so. I wonder how far we'll get in the future?

I'm sure it must! Those ships looked so complicated. Do your doors open on their own? They did where I visited. I'm sure it is very interesting to know how to make such a thing. I can only imagine.

There's a chance that you might get to the same point we're at.

The ones in space do. Not all the ones on the planet do. You visited a different world?

It will take many years yet, I think. Your year must be well further than mine; it is only 1994 where I am.

So they are very common? How nice! I have had the chance to visit many different worlds. They are all quite amazing in their own ways.

It is quite common at least that I know of. Oh, that's interesting. Were you in space on the way you visited where the doors opened like that?

2312! That is a very long time passed my present. Do you know anything of so far in the past as the 1990s of your world? I would be curious to compare. If they are similar, perhaps my world will be like yours in that time.

Oh, no, they'd settled on a planet when I had visited, though I am sure Blanc-kun has spoken to us from space before.

I don't know much about it. I wouldn't be able to make a good comparison between the our two worlds.

Did someone from the community help you travel? [She's not sure how it works to travel to different worlds the way she's talking about]

I understand. Worlds are so different, even if some things stay the same.

No, I am able to travel between the worlds myself. A friend gave me a bracelet that allows me to find anyone whose name I think of, so long as they have community access.

They are. I wouldn't want to try and compare without seeing both of them.

Oh! That's interesting. I've never heard of such a thing. So theoretically if you knew my name, you'd be able to come here?

A good thought. I wonder if anyone one has done that? Compared worlds, I mean. I'm sure someone has had the same idea.

Yes, quite easily. Everyone's is unique, I think, though the result is the same.

Probably someone has, but there are a lot of different things that could have changed so it would be difficult.

You must know a lot about the different worlds of people in the community.

Perhaps more than some, but not all. I had the chance to visit Wonderland, once. Mr. Hatter made lovely tea. It was as odd there as they say. That is one place I am unable to compare to anywhere else. The most unique. Oh, and there was Johnny-san and his flying ship. Not into space, but a sea worthy vessel that could navigate the skies.

I am sure you'll have the chance to visit your own interesting places at some point :-).

Oh, that's interesting. There's a lot of different worlds in this community. How was Mr. Hatter's world so strange?

I hope so as well. I have gotten to see where one of my friend's lives already.

Have you ever read Alice in Wonderland? The landscape was colorful, indescribably so, and there was a Mr. Mouse asleep under a teacup.

What was their world like, if you don't mind my asking?

No, I've never read it. Wow... it is sounds like it would be quite a place to live.

It was very nice, a little cold. A lot of older buildings. Oh, and there was a castle we went and visited.

It's a good book, I recommend it. It certainly was unique!

A castle, that sounds lovely. Were you able to tour?

We got to look around a little. It was very nice. I've never actually seen one up close until then.

That sounds like fun. I've been to a castle, once. They're bigger, even, than what you expect.

I'd never been to one before so I was surprised by the size. It was very nice. I'm glad I got to see one once.

Please do. It is good to experience new things, whether in person or through the pages of a story. It broadens one's world, I think.
