Lord Akeldama will be adopting my child, but I certainly will not have her taken from me. Do you really think I would allow that?

I will still have my child. Do you think I would simply hand them away without a second thought? Lord Akeldama will legally have parental claim over the child, but I will still very much be their mother in every way possible.

It is only for the public that we must make appearances seem as if Lord Akeldama is the sole person raising them.

They are my child, and they will know it. Neither of us will be deprived of eachother's presence for very long.

I know it does not fit the picturesque family description, but I assure you that we will still be very much family. I will fight for that if I must.
