[The feed cuts in to show Rose, apparently absorbed in her Grimoire for Summoning the Zoologically Dubious, which for once isn't being used as a glorified laptop rest. Quite why she should be examining this tome right now is unclear, but what is apparent is that there appear to be some shadowy appendages that might be wings sprouting from her ankles. The exact form of these wings is hard to define - any time they appear to rest for long enough to almost give a hint of their true form, they seem to shift again. Still, it doesn't appear that Rose is too concerned by them - though how much of that is an act is also unclear.]

I suppose this is where I should reassure everyone that in spite of the title of this grimoire, I have no intention of summoning anything. I am merely attempting to expand upon my options a little, and possibly even find out from whom I appear to have borrowed these delightful ankle adornments.

Indeed...I suspect they are not intended for actual use...not that I require them to be able to fly anyway.

Ah, yes...I can see how that would become necessary. Fortunately, that doesn't appear to have been an issue for myself...although I do have to wonder at the significance of their placement.

It's totally the comm, you know! [ she turns around to show her back to the camera, and for maybe a split second you can see a pair of pink wings with what looks like electronic tracery before they vanish ]

Again? For the love of-- [ she waves her hand around her shoulderblades, so Rose can see faint shapes and hear feathers rustling ] I've got like, no clue why they choose when they do to do that.

As I said, perhaps they're shy. At least they are in something of a sensible location.

That would make two of us.
I suppose if I wanted to get all symbolic I would venture they are a hint towards something dragging me downwards, metaphorically speaking.
Then again, it could merely be a whim of the community.

Perhaps the community knows something I do not.
Or perhaps it enjoys leading me to over-analyse matters.

Oh yes, sorry! It's Madoka. I think the last time we talked I was affected by that virus that swapped my body with Scratch-san's.

Ah yes, I remember. It must be something of a relief to have your own body back now.

Yes, it is. Mm, I guess it was interesting knowing so much for a short while, and I did learn a lot, but it just made my head spin so much... it really was a relief to get back to normal again.
