Good day. I cannot say I enjoy lying to prospective clients, but I am quite sure you will agree with me when I say that telling such a person "I am quite sorry, sir, but I cannot make it to our appointment today, as I have suddenly taken on the physiology of a bat" would not be conducive to business, either.
By the way, I would be grateful if you would be so kind as to keep any sort of sound absent from your replies. Thank you.
