[ It was the baseball field. For the first time, it appeared to be raining. Pouring, even. The ground was soaked. The SSS was soaked. And they were all there, backs to each other, weapons drawn. Surrounded by what appeared to be normal students. Normal students, one with a hat commanding them.

Words being said weren't audible, the only audio around was the pouring rain and thunder. Yuri was yelling though, pointing at the leader. One of the NPCs moved and the SSS took up their arms and broke the circle, trying evasive moves above all else. It was obvious that they weren't trying to take out the students, but each and every one of them were trying to get to the boy in the hat. It wouldn't work though. He would pull NPCs in front of him-- use them as shields, hold them as hostages whenever someone got close and that person would be seized by other NPCs. Blood was being spilled left and right and they still continued fighting.

Yuri moved to the side after tapping Hinata on the shoulder and ran into a building with Hinata covering her. After a few moments she comes out, looking at Hinata, then she ducks down behind the building and pulls out a walkie talkie, repeatedly calling into it.

Gunfire, screams in the background can be barely heard over the storm. Yuri looks up from the walkie talkie and Hinata runs off to help the person who had just been taken out. Yuri speaks into the walkie talkie, almost frantically. When she's done, she lets it fall to the ground.

She doesn't have time to put it away, there's an NPC running at her. She does a drop role to get out of the way, then gets shot in the leg by him and cries out. That's not enough to stop her. She dives at that NPC to knock him over. As long as she doesn't kill him, it's fine right? His view of things isn't the same though. As she tries to punch him out, he continues trying to shoot her, putting two more bullets into her. She manages to knock him out though, then runs at Naoi, that boy with the hat, since she's got an opening. Another gunshot to her stomach, then an NPC runs behind her and runs her through with a weapon they'd stolen from one of the SSS members. The video blacks out as Yuri falls face-down to the ground.

A black screen remains for a few minutes, only coming back into view once Yuri regains consciousness. She struggles for a moment, but can't seem to move. Then...

The video cuts out mid-scream. ]

Okay, come over to the edge and put your hands on the ledge here, then kick your feet up and down.

[hey look even she can manage doing something like this yaaaay]

[ Yuri slips her hand underneath Shooter to push her up more to the surface so she's splashing lots of water up. ]

That's how you do the feet part of swimming!

... It's easy.

That's only for the forward motion though. Try doing it away from the wall now to see what happened, then we'll go over arms.

[oh hey she actually isn't sinking to the bottom this time. SUCCESS.]

Good. Okay now you want to stroke your arms and that'll help you like... steer, pretty much.

[so it's... kinda like falling off cliffs and controlling how she falls and dives mid-air-

wat wait no-

yeah she's quickly getting the hang of it.]

[ Yuri turns over so she's floating with her front facing up. ] Now stop moving all together and you can just float.

[starblaze]

... It's like I'm suspended in midair. I'm more used to falling.

[tenminutes]

Not midair. Just water. It's kind of like being in zero gravity, probably.

[starblaze]

My world does have an ocean actually, but I've never gone in it.

[tenminutes]

Your world probably has like.. super-powered alligators in the water, doesn't it?

[starblaze]

I don't know. I've always assumed the oceans are dead.

[tenminutes]

Dead? Water's where all life and stuff comes from. There's probably fish and sea monsters! And alligators. [ Definitely alligators. ]

I'll check once I get the chance to.

Get a camera from someone. I want a picture of the alligator.

[ Yuri goes underwater too now. Not having to breathe is just cheating. Yuri still has to breathe, she'll drown if she doesn't. She'll just.. you know, get better when she gets taken out of the water.

And she's swimming to the other side of the pool, still underwater. ]
