[accidental video]
[the camera clicks on, the viewing angle low-- the computer seems to have been set down on the floor. visible are seats and tables, as well as a group of kids of about middle school age together at one. it seems to be a small cafe.
and then there's a familiar voice-- Shia greets someone. someone who just came into the frame, striding very purposefully towards the aforementioned table-- a short kid with thick cokebottle glasses and a bowl cut.
his name is Hiroshi, and he's here on business, it seems. he addresses the black-clad butler that followed him inside.]
Jii, did Ayonokoji really come into this place?
[and then he spots the blond-haired boy sitting at the table and nearly jumps in anger.]
AH! Ayonokoji!
[Ayonokoji doesn't seem too happy to see him.]
Bah, what the hell do you want?
[but, before Hiroshi can become properly angry, his head turns, and... ohhh boy. his gaze seems to have landed on the beautiful pink-haired girl with her arms wrapped around one of the boys at the table.]
Aah-- it's you!
Honya~ hello, su! My name is Misha! Nice to meetcha, su!
[yep, seems this girl is Misha, Shia's roommate.]
M-m-m-m-my n-n-n-n-name is... M-M-M-Mitarai Hiroshi!
[Shia quietly enters the frame from one side, a tray in her arms, and she addresses Hiroshi.]
Welcome! May I take your order?
[Hiroshi doesn't even answer. he whips around to face her, pulling a small slip from somewhere-- if one looks close enough, or just knew them offhand, it would be recognizeable as an ofuda--]
YOU DEMON!
[-- and rather unceremoniously sticks it to her forehead. someone from out of frame calls Shia's name, but Shia just... smiles sheepishly, carefully removing it.]
A-ha, I'm alright...
Why is such a weird creature here?!
[Ayonokoji is up and out of his seat almost immediately, snatching Hiroshi up by his collar.]
You asshole! How dare you do that to Shia-san! And with such rudeness, too!
What the hell! Can't you see the weird aura around her?
[Shia makes a soft sound, not quite a laugh, but then she glances over-- oh! her computer, it's been on this whole time... as the arguing continues, she quietly hurries over to switch it off.]
As a legitimate child of the Mitarai heritage, I have knowledge in the martial arts, tea ceremony, and yin and yang, and you thought you could fool m--
[Shia gives the camera a silently apologetic look, and then the video shuts off.]
