[accidental video]
[The feed cuts in on a console room. A very exuberant voice echos from the other side of the room, growing louder as he hops closer]
Alright alright I know I said they were ant people but I had no idea they were actually ant sized ant people. It didn't say anything about it on the brochure... that I saw... [He spins into view, waving a hand.] whenIskimmedit but! [He shoots a cheeky smirk at his companions] Now you can honestly say you've had an entire planet look up to you!
[He laughs, grinning as he turns to look at his scanner... and sees something entirely unexpected.] Hullo. What's this? [He taps a finger on the screen]
A live feed? [Frowning slightly he plays with the knobs and settings to no avail. Finally he pulls out his screwdriver, scanning the whole thing. With a flick of the wrist he flips it open and surveys the readings] It seems the TARDIS has been connected to some sort of internet feed.
[He looks up, squinting at the screen] Who's out there?

Tell me about these viruses. Any idea how they're transmitted? [He claps his hands together, looking expectantly at his lackluster companion.]

I don't think it's biological in any way. It doesn't pass from person to person since I've never affected you or Amy.

[He peers at him, looking him over] You've been infected by these? How many? When? What happened?

Not sure who the ones I felt belonged to, but it wasn't me.

Of course, we all still remember what happened, though.

If it were only temporary we wouldn't be indeterminately connected to it. It's the fact that it has the ability to do this at any time with no warning that makes it more of a danger than one would be immediately lead to believe.
[And like a switch had been thrown he's smiling again and peering at that feed]
But the impermanence of it makes it something that's less of a threat and more of an interesting curiosity for the moment.

So...is there anything you can do about it?
no subject
Not for the moment...

Oh come now, this is a great chance to see new worlds without all the running and the dangerous things you're always complaining about.
no subject
This place can be dangerous too.
no subject
Oh how dangerous could it be?
no subject
You didn't really just ask that, did you?
no subject
Oh I did.

I'm sure you'll be giddy when the next virus hits.

[His eyes get wide and he sounds downright EXCITED about the idea!]

Still seems like he'd poke anything and everything with a stick if he could, though.

[He pokes him in the chest for good measure before twirling around to go check the readings on the other side of the console]
