[The feed cuts in on a console room. A very exuberant voice echos from the other side of the room, growing louder as he hops closer]

Alright alright I know I said they were ant people but I had no idea they were actually ant sized ant people. It didn't say anything about it on the brochure... that I saw... [He spins into view, waving a hand.] whenIskimmedit but! [He shoots a cheeky smirk at his companions] Now you can honestly say you've had an entire planet look up to you!

[He laughs, grinning as he turns to look at his scanner... and sees something entirely unexpected.] Hullo. What's this? [He taps a finger on the screen]

A live feed? [Frowning slightly he plays with the knobs and settings to no avail. Finally he pulls out his screwdriver, scanning the whole thing. With a flick of the wrist he flips it open and surveys the readings] It seems the TARDIS has been connected to some sort of internet feed.

[He looks up, squinting at the screen] Who's out there?

Oh but if I told you where would the mystery be?

Oh? Are you a fan of mysteries, Mister Doctor?

Oh very. Just ask Agatha Christie.

I do not believe I am familiar with this Miss Christie.

She's an author. Quite known for her mystery crime novels. Brilliant woman.

I see. When is it that she was published?

[hulloeverything]

She wrote and published books from 1920 through 1973, though two more books were published in 75 and '76 that she'd written years earlier.

[carriesparasol]

Ah, that would explain it, then. It is 1874 where I am, Doctor.

1874?! Oh that's brilliant! I love 1874! Here's a name you'd know - I've met Charles Dickens. Brilliant man, Charlie.

Ah, yes. My father had a few of Mister Dickens' novels in his library. His portrayal of spirits in A Christmas Carol was rather interesting.

Charlie helped me out with a bit of a ghost problem, in fact. Well, they weren't actually ghosts, just insubstantial creatures that lived in gas and possessed the dead to try to survive..

I was. Though it wasn't without cost.

Impossible. If one cost is removed, another will surely take its place.

It is possible... just extremely difficult... and very rare
