Do you guys have any, you know, advice? On how to get people to sign up for something? I already tried going up to random people in the hallway, and it's not really working. There are posters and banners all around school, too. What else is there?

Yeah, something that stands up and shouts "here I am!" You're having a hard time getting attention with posters and asking random people right? That means you need to go bigger, better, brighter, with more novelty.
