That would depend on the strain you have contracted, and the time you have come from.

The drug-resistant strains would not have developed in your time. Then again, neither were the vaccines.

If you can hold on for another twenty years, you may have a chance. Alternatively, you could travel to another world with more advanced medical technology, but that might put you in greater danger.
