Excuse me, I have a question.

Are there cures for tuberculosis wherever you are?

That would depend on the strain you have contracted, and the time you have come from.

The drug-resistant strains would not have developed in your time. Then again, neither were the vaccines.

If you can hold on for another twenty years, you may have a chance. Alternatively, you could travel to another world with more advanced medical technology, but that might put you in greater danger.

While possible, I would not recommend it.

Hmm.

Can't really say, but healing artes seem to take care of a lot, so long as it's a professional taking care of the job. My world's a lot different, though.
second_star: (I heard ya.)

We have magic. So a lot of our illnesses can be taken care of because of it. If we have tuberculosis, I'm pretty sure that would count too.
second_star: (What do you mean?)

[personal profile] second_star 2012-08-01 03:20 am (UTC)(link)
...Well, if that person came over here. Then I think it would.

What's up? Are you sick?

There's people with magic here. Magic can cure anything.
mightletyouknowme: (I'm busy)

Even without it, it's easy enough to cure in my time.

Yes, the disease is curable here.

[personal profile] believemyvoice 2012-08-01 04:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Not on my person, but doctors here do have medicines for it.

We have not found a cure, but healers who are practiced in White Magic may be able to treat such things with enough time and research, should they be talented enough.

Luckily, I am.
