[There's a green and yellow dog-like thing staring into the camera, panting a little. Those are some serious teeth it's got, but it seems fairly friendly.

And then Jak's voice comes in.]

Huh. I don't think I've had this one before. It's kind of interesting... though I need to remember to do my laundry when I have thumbs again. Didn't realize how much it smells.

[The crocadog looks off to one side, apparently toward the laundry.

Of course, what's really happening is that Jak's attempting to ventriloquize from off camera. Thankfully he's found a friendly crocadog who's willing to look towards a treat on cue. He was going to just be Mar again, but this seemed funnier. The hard part will be keeping its attention. He's just hoping his microphone doesn't make it too obvious where he actually is.]

Yeah, it's me. I think it's one of those everything-at-once viruses again.

I think I can handle it. Won't be for more than a couple days, right? I can hang out that long; nobody'll notice another stray crocadog running around.

Are you sure? I know from experience that it is hard to go about with daily things when you only have paws.

It's fine, really. I can just pretend to be a stray; the hardest part's going to be getting outside. After that I'll just lay low for a while. A break might be nice, even if I'm a crocadog for it.

I'm going to seriously send you reminders three times a week to do your laundry, at least.

Oh, come on, it's not that bad. I'm just noticing it more because my nose is better.

Besides, I don't need to do it more than once a week. That's about when I start running out of clothes anyway.

I dunno. Nobody's ever given me trouble about it but you. Once a week isn't usually a problem for people.

Pretty sure they can't. I mean, I live on the third floor and keep the window closed. That would probably keep it in even if it was really bad.

It's not. I can only smell it because I'm in the room and a crocadog. Nobody outside this room can smell it, most people can't smell it when they are in the room. Are we seriously arguing about my laundry?
