[ So Yuri got a little bit of magical help for her fake virus. Sure, she'll have to say it was one of those alternate universe things later because right now.. Well, she looks like something that should be absolutely impossible for her.

She looks older. Not really old or anything, but a good 27 years old. Definitely not her normal self. It might've been a little bit of wish fulfillment on her part to ask for this, but it makes for a damn good, convincing virus if she even looks different right? So when the video flickers on, she's not wearing her usual school uniform. She has her red glasses on, and is dressed in a pretty regular outfit (sans the cape-y part).

Since changing worlds is kind of an issue, she's figured out a work around: She's going to pretend that in her "AU future" she's a shiny new teacher for the kids, who has had access to the community. There's a short wave when she sighs on, the sun rising through the window behind her-- the window that looks like a staff lounge. ]

Hey everyone! I figured I'd update before this stupid thing tried to record me during class. The last thing I need is screwing up in front of the kids on my first day getting broadcast over this thing. I'd ask for luck but I definitely don't need it. I've got an hour before class starts and the head teacher is busy so he's decided not to see if he can get me to call him a "moron" and fire me before the end of the day.

So, I guess I can practice my teaching skills right? [ She rests her elbow on the desk in front of her, her chin in the heel of her palm as a soft smirk comes to her lips. ]

What do you guys want to be when you grow up?

Pirates do a lot more than that, you know. You don't have the parts for some of the occupational requirements of a pirate.

[ Yuri groans, dramatically. This is her excellent response while she pretends to have no idea what anyone's talking about. ]

When I was a kid, I always wanted to grow up to be an explorer like my uncle. Well, I thought he was my uncle. I'm honestly not sure who he actually is now.

[What's rather interesting is that the video's showing a yellow-and-green dog looking critter with some serious teeth, but that's definitely Jak's voice.]

Yeah, it's me. And they're called crocadogs. I had one when I was little; guess it's not that surprising I'd turn into one.

[The dog tilts its head to one side. Jak's got him trained pretty well now.] Though I guess crocadogs could be explorers if they wanted to.

Anyway, looks like you got that future virus. That one was confusing when it happened, and I never even got hit.
