This is quite indeed some strange weather; we're having in Hill Valley. The forecast called for an seventy percent change of perception. However, in further observation this morning, when I walked outside with my umbrella and raincoat. There wasn't a drop in the sky... Over me.

On the other sides of town off in the distance, the rain was falling. Was almost like the eye of a hurricane.

I wonder what could be the cause of this strange phenomenon.
