[ Natsume's walking through what looks like a forest with an umbrella in his hand, his notebook that has access to the community in the other. He stops near a tree while it's still raining lightly and talks. ]

I just wanted to let everyone know that everything turned out okay. I guess I worried some of you with my last post...

[ There's a pause, then Natsume looks out around the rain. ]

It's Sunday here so I don't have school and I wanted to show everyone something that I saw the other day. It only happens when it rains and the sun comes out. It looked light enough that I think it should soon.

[ Natsume keeps standing there while the rain keeps drizzling lightly, looking a little disappointed that the sun hasn't come out yet. Seriously it must be like 6 in the morning. Natsume shrugs one of his shoulders like he's trying to brush something off (for those with spiritual abilities, they can see it's a little green youkai that looks like a frog with really long legs and a paper mask over his face and a straw hat that had hopped onto his shoulder just because it was there. To everyone else it probably looks like he was trying to shoo a small bug though. Still waiting, so Natsume speaks up again. ]

I guess while we wait, I'll ask a question. What kinds of places are your favorites to visit near where you live?

[ Almost as soon as he asks the question though, the rain seems to let up so Natsume looks up and closes his umbrella, glancing at a field behind some of the trees he's in between as he moves the camera to show the field. As the sun starts to come out, the whole field seems to slowly light up. ]

More flowers? [ Natsume looks out to the field of flowers, then nods. ] Can we just sit in them? I think it's relaxing.

Of course.

[Tucking her skirt beneath her, she'll sit with her legs bent to the side, a hand running over the flowers.]

I wonder who first found these.

[ Natsume sits down too, his legs crossed. ]

I can't imagine seeing these for the first time of all human beings and being the person to discover something like this...

Someone had to see all of this first. I didn't understand why anyone would make a town so far away from everything, when I was younger.

Maybe so that they could protect places like this.

[She looks over at him surprised, her hand leaving the flowers.]

To protect it... It might have seemed safer for the town, too, then? [How wrong those people would have been.]

I wonder how many other things there are like this? Not just the flowers, just... small, beautiful places.

More than most people know, I think. [ Or can even find. There are places only those who are spirits or have spiritual abilities can wander into. ]

How much of it do you think you'll see?

Of the world? [ Natsume shakes his head. ] Nowhere near everything. I've had to travel back and forth across Japan and I barely know a lot of things in the town I live now. I think it's just something you have to stop and wait to see instead of trying to find it, or you'll never find anything you don't know is there.

But if you wait too long, there's a lot you can miss, too.

[Idly, she'll twirl a flower in her head.]

Then maybe go out expecting to find something, but nothing in specific?

[She smiles at him.]

Like flower fields or glittering trees? They make great things to show friends.

[ Natsume picks a flower and looks over at her for a moment, wondering if something's okay for friends to do. Hmm.. ]

Those sorts of things, yeah. [ He smiles as well. ]

Then I want to show you the streams in Resembool, when you visit next.

Are they far from here?

They're very far here. It's a long trip.

There aren't any trains here?

Not directly, it's why I don't come as often as I did when it was first being rebuilt.

I hope someday there will be. More people might visit, if it were easier to get to.

Yeah.. Don't go out of your way just so I can see it, but if you're there already I'd like to come over sometime.

It's where I live now. Getting to the train from here will take a while and I have a few more days to spend here. You're welcome to come over when I get back, though.
