[Accidental Video]

[James had clicked it onto "Voice" as his appearance was shocking but sadly the community wasn't on his side tonight. His hair was matted down with something that looked suspiciously like blood. There were stains along his cheeks from mud, or possibly dried blood, and his shirt was torn at the shoulder showing off a growing bruise. But he doesn't even know this is being shown so he tries not to show it in his voice.]

Hi guys, just to let you know the wedding's being pushed back. You Know Who decided to launch an attack and long story short, there's not much time for leisure these days. If I'm not around for a while, that's why so please don't worry.

[He cuts off the feed after that. No need to explain further. He'd just make ~~Roxas~~ people worry more.]

[ UH WOW EXCUSE ME THIS IS NOT OKAY? James, there is suddenly a dark portal appearing in your bedroom +1 slightly tense-looking Nobody. ]

Before you say anything, I just saw your post. James, what happened out there?

[James was just about to leave his bedroom when he heard the familiar sound a dark portal opening. Turning, he sees Roxas and hurries to close his door.]

Roxas! This is not okay! You can't just turn up any more. What if Lily sees you?

[Nope. Not answering the question.]

I'm worried about you, you idiot! [ he lets out a short huff. ] Here.

[ he raises his right arm above his head slightly. how's that for a green tingle of Curaga magic treating your injuries, James? :| ]

[He shivers at the magic but his body aches less so he's grateful, even if he doesn't show it.] Thanks, I guess. Shame it doesn't wash my hair.

Can't cure everything, I guess.

[ and now that his well-being has been verified... ] Okay, seriously. What happened.

If you read my post then you know what happened. [Snappy James is snappy. But mainly because he's tired than annoyed.] You Know Who attacked, or rather the Death Eaters did. So I went out to help.

[ he's quiet for a moment, because honestly, he was looking for more details, but he can sort of get why James might not be in a sharing mood. still, it's frustrating. ]

... Was it as bad as you look?

[James chuckled, halfheartedly.] Remember when we fought those Heartless as lions? It's like that except imagine you didn't have your Keyblade.

[It was the best comparison he could think of. Tired and but less sore, he slid down the door and sat with his back against it. He wasn't in any mood to entertain, even Roxas, but he'd put up with it for a little longer. Because it was Roxas.]

[ he looks at him steadily for a moment, frowning. then he sighs and goes to slide down the door himself, sitting next to James with his knees drawn up, elbows resting on top of them. ]

Sorry about bursting in like that. I just saw how you looked in that post and... I wanted to help. [ shrug. beat. ] Did other people make it out okay?

[James nodded, his hands dragging through his hair as an old habit before moving to ruffle Roxas' hair too.]

I understand. I would have done the same for you. [As for the other question, he didn't answer. Someone always dies.]

[ he half-heartedly waves a hand at James's hair-ruffling antics more out of habit than anything else. not getting an answer to his question, though... well. he doesn't need to ask twice. ): ]

... I'm sorry.

[James just shrugs now. He doesn't know what to say. So, instead, he leans against the door and closes his eyes for a moment. He feels safe with Roxas there.]

James?

[Concerned Ferb is very, very concerned! He even spoke!]

Oh hi Ferb. [At least he is talking through the book, not like another brother he has.]

[Yes, hello. What happened.]
