~ Halloween Night ~ [Video - canon move]
[Dr Einstein can be seen creeping down some stairs, carrying a bag. Some voices can be heard while he is attempting to sneak out through the front door.]

Mr Witherspoon: Oh, dear, I'm so sorry. We've overlooked something. It is absolutely compulsory that we have the signature of a physician.
Mortimer: Oh, a doctor... Dr Einstein! Come here and sign some papers please.
Einstein: Good night...
Mortimer: Come here, Dr Einstein.
Witherspoon: A doctor?
Mortimer: Oh, yes. Dr Einstein almost operated on me earlier. Come along, Doctor...
[Dr Einstein goes to a table where two old ladies are sitting. Mortimer hands him a pen.]

Mortimer: Just sign right here, please, Doctor.
Martha: Were you leaving, Doctor?
Einstein: Yes, please.
Abby: Ohh, aren't you going to wait for Jonathan?
Einstein: I don't think we go to the same place.
Lt Rooney (on the phone): Hello, Mac. We picked up that guy that's wanted in Indiana.
[Dr Einstein backs nervously away from the table and turns, startles to see a policeman. He halts, tensing, as Rooney continues talking on the phone.]
Rooney: His accomplice's description is on the circular, on the desk. Read it to me, will ya. Yeah. About 40. Five foot three. One hundred forty pounds. Pop eyes. Talks with a German accent. Poses as a doctor. Okay, Mac. Thanks.

[Witherspoon approaches and Einstein jumps, starting to put his hands up.]
Witherspoon: It's alright, Lieutenant. The doctor has completed the signatures.
Rooney (shaking Einstein's hand): That's great. Thanks, Doc. You've done Brooklyn a great service.
[Rooney pats him on the back good naturedly and Einstein can't believe his luck, uttering a small, nervous laugh. He darts toward the door.]

Martha: But Dr Einstein!
[He pauses at the door, laughs nervously again and quickly departs, shutting the door behind him.]

It's just that you share a rather famous name here in my universe.

Oh, Einstein? We are not related.

Huh, I didn't know that was a popular surname.
