I see. Yayoi-san mentioned there were other Precure on the community. I know the video already revealed it, but... I am... used to be Cure Moonlight.

You already know Yayoi-san is also a Precure?

I guess I shouldn't really be surprised, but you'd think she be a bit more careful about who she told.

But what do you mean that you used to be Cure Moonlight?

I figured it out in our first conversation. It wasn't that hard to figure out once I put the details together. I think she simply likes talking about Precure too much.

I mean that I am not Cure Moonlight anymore. I no longer have powers and I can't transform.

[Honoka giggles.]

Yeah, she kinda does. I'm still having a hard time believing that we end up being well known. Back when I was actively fighting all the time people completely forgot about anything strange they saw as soon as the fight was over.

... You can't? Well, that explains why you didn't transform during that. But I wouldn't say your powers are completely gone. I mean, you did pretty well against them.

I almost figured it out by accident, really. She was the first one who knew about me being Cure Moonlight, so I guess fair's fair.

I think people forget about anything they don't want to think about. Even here, people talk about the Precure sometimes, but barely ever about any of the giant monster attacks.

I have about a third of my Precure Seed left, which should give me some slight powers, though they're fairly weak. The rest is just experience.

I guess that's a good point, and it makes sense. But that's not all of it. I mean, Cure Black and I had to transform in front of our parents and the entire school one time, and they all forgot about it as soon as the fight was over.

... I see. I'm keep forgetting that even though we're all Precure, most of our powers work differently. I didn't even know that something called a "Precure Seed" existed until just now.

That's... another thing entirely. I'm not sure how that's supposed to work.

I've never seen other Precure transform or use their powers, so I'm not sure how much is different. However, the Precure Seed is what I used to transform, together with an object called the "Heart Perfume". But like I said, I only have a part of the Seed and the Heart Perfume has been lost entirely.

It's something that I've never been able to figure out myself.

And that's different from Cure Black and myself. We need to have Mepple and Mipple with us, and both of us need to be together for us to transform.

What happened to them?

I guess it is convenient, since it would prevent mass panic from breaking out.

Mepple and Mipple? I'm... guessing those are fairies?

They were lost when I was defeated by Dark Precure.

It is, but well, it could make things difficult if there's every a fight in front of people again and that doesn't happen.

And yeah, they are.

[She blinks, frowning a bit.]

[Actually hearing that a Precure actually ended up loosing was something new. Even when their enemies had gotten the upper hand, she and Nagisa weren't in that situation for long.]

That's true and hardly something you can predict in advance. You should just keep hiding your identity as a Precure normally, then and just see what happens.

I guess fairies are a constant for Precure, then.

It was my own fault I lost, really.

[Poor Yuri. Stuck in a franchise where good and friendship always win, yet she manages to lose anyway.]

Yeah. At least, it doesn't seem to be something we really have to worry about. There hasn't been a fight that Black and I have been involved in for a while now.

[She giggles a bit.]

It sure seems like it.

[She frowns a bit at that last part.]

How was it your fault? You didn't look like someone who'd be making a lot of mistakes fighting during what was broadcast.

Well, I did make mistakes. During the fight as well as before it.
