[Snow can be fun…you get your snow days, your snowball fights, your snow angels, your snowmen and you also get your ice.
Now Los Angeles proper doesn’t get a whole lot of heavy snow, though Mount Lukens has been known to get a little icy. And this means that most people aren’t used to driving in the snow…or backing out of their own parking spots for that matter.
Klavier, who was raised in Germany and frequently visits home, has plenty of experience with heavy snow and driving in it. Normally he takes a car in inclimate weather, but today he’s caught coming home from work on his motorcycle. Hey it was nice when he left this morning!
So, anyway, the scene opens up at a four way intersection with Klavier looking rather bike-less, but upon closer inspection he does have his motorcycle, it’s just hanging out in the intersection, a trail of debris leading from the intersection right to the car where the prosecutor is standing...right in front of...a nice BMW.
Klavier doesn’t look too bad actually, being the attorney that he is…and the vain kind of guy that he is, he has no shame in going out of his way to protect himself. He’s covered from the neck down by a black leather racing suit with purple and white striped reflective surfaces. His helmet his sitting on the hood of the BMW where the lawyer in question is hunched over writing something with his left hand down on a clipboard, apparently engrossed in the task.
He dons a couple of scratches on his face and the right side of his suit is a little messed up, but he appears unharmed otherwise. In any case the viewer has come in on the very back end of a conversation between the ex-rocker and the driver of the BMW.]
...It’s a very nice car…German made…you should have fashioned it with winter tires…
This is Los Angeles! It’s not like snow is a huge problem here…
…It’s certainly your problem right now, Herr…
I’ve had enough! It’s not as though I have to explain myself to you, what kind of maniac rides a motorcycle in this kind of weather anyway.
Ah…touché…[Klavier stands at his full height now, eclipsing the other man in an intimidating manner without appearing or even looking intimidating…especially since he still seems to be favoring his left side]…I noticed your tags are expired…
That…is none of your business…[Klavier puts on the most unconvincing expression of innocence]…and instead of dealing with you I’d rather talk to my lawyers.
Oh…thinking of settling in court…well best of luck to you, Herr…[and with a few cautious steps the prosecutor withdraws a card from one of his leather pockets and tucks it into the man’s front shirt pocket.]…but when you lose…and you will…Here’s. My. Card.
[And with those famous last words, sirens can be heard.] And there’s my ride.
[ooc: Klavier is normal text, the BMW owner is italics.]

But, well, better you scratched up than it, eh?
At the sight of Greed he moves toward the table where the laptop is sitting, overestimating the distance leading to a nice little tumble off the bed followed by a thud, muffled by carpet, and a faint "ouchie." It's not long before Klavier is on his feet, wobbling back and forth.]
Ha...there's all kinds of gravity in here...hallo Herr!

Tut mit Leid...let me take you to bed, Herr...eh...heheh...well that wouldn't be the first time I've made that proposal...except you can't protest this time...[and with Greed and the laptop Klavier manages to crawl back into the bed.]...I'm taking Greed to bed...
