For the most part. Some worlds require me to play the villain, but it's only rarely.

[tunics]

...And you're actually the villain? [saying such things to this hero is blasphemy!!]

Only some of the times. It's the nature of going into a world with a Rule in it. Sometimes, the world needs a hero, other times a villain. I'm sure there's something that will happen to make me a hero, but right now I'm stuck playing the villain.

[tunics]

But you seem so nice... it's weird to think of you as a villain.

Some people might think of me as villainous at best. Who really knows. Some good. It's a mixed bag to be perfectly honest.

[tunics]

Hm.... well I think you're nice so far, so I'm having trouble seeing it. Sorry.

You're nothing like this guy I know in Hyrule.

It's fine. I don't mind being called nice. [Grinning a little.]

Really? What's he like? All and out villain?

He took over the castle, turned it into his own private headquarters and it floats above lava, he basically turned the entire land evil and ruined a lot of stuff.

He's calling himself the King of Evil....

A lofty title, for a king. Even a King of Evil can be brought down with the right equipment, planning and skills.

[tunics]

That's what I'm thinking too, I'm here to stop him at least.

But today I'm just focusing on enjoying myself a little.

Good idea. You probably want to do that for the time being. Christmas is a time of rest.

And we don't even have Christmas in my world...

What do people usually do?

People usually decorate trees, give presents, and sing songs as well as eat.

Whoa.... why trees, do you know?

Not too certain why it's trees, but it makes sense in retrospect. They're tall, and able to be seen for a while.

I guess when you put it like that, yeah it makes sense.

Yeah. I think it originated years ago, back when the tradition started.

And it's that certain kind of tree, isn't it?

Usually yes. Most trees are pine, or fir or something similar.
