I don't usually like talking about such depressing things but I've heard talk about transporting a certain kind of creature from my world. Quite frankly, it's rather disgusting for me to even think about but I feel that I have to say it.

There are certain beings in my world...we call them witches. (Please note that I'm not talking about actual witches - people who perform magic. I have no right to judge on that sort of witch. However, the witches I'm talking about are monsters.) They feed off negative emotions. Hate, despair, fear. They feed off the negative emotions in a person until the victim is eaten or killed. They're the source of different crimes without motive: suicides, murders, violent assaults, hate crimes... Even fatal accidents aren't unheard of. They'll even leech off the sick in the hospitals if they can.

They have some ability to think - they don't show themselves to humans, for example, and hide deep within mazes. Yet it's more like an animal-like cunning. I've heard of a few cases of them talking but that seems to be more like a recording or a trick to lure in prey. Talking to a witch doesn't work.

The only way to save the victims of a witch for sure is to kill the witch. They aren't pets. You can't tame them. They're monsters, cruel messengers of despair. Don't try to take one from this world. To do so means certain death for innocent un-involved people.

It's best for everyone if these creatures are destroyed.

Is there a way for us to kill witches ourselves? It sounds like this is a cause for concern, especially if they start bleeding over onto other worlds.

Seeing as this community is an odd sort, I'm guessing a witch if it were transferred to a different world would be interested and be more likely to show its face. They might be more willing to set up a maze where people would stumble into it, in that case.

A witch's maze can vary in shape - from a city scape with endless roads to a jungle filled with child's drawings of animals. Either way, the witch is at the center. I use magic to kill them but I suppose ordinary weapons can be used if you manage to find it.

But above all, remain calm. The witches feed off of strong emotion, after all.

Greed. A dislike for humanity. A general disdain for what they're supposed to stand for? Honestly, I don't know.

I don't want to defend Karakael - it seems to me he had done something very foolish in bringing that creature into our galaxy - but it might help if I explained.

Inquestors - what Karakael and I are - are not supposed to have emotions. Fear, Anger, Hate...all of those are things we are trained to repress.

But we are also trained to use whatever we can to our advantage. A monster that feeds negative emotions seems the sort of gambit he would use. He's the sort of man that wouldn't care how many innocents were killed if it won him a game.

That would be a very risky and dangerous gambit indeed. I, of course, don't agree with his actions. The harm's already been done, however. The best I can do is make sure that he doesn't manage to get a hold of another one.

Yes. Frankly, anyone who'd even think about bringing one to another world fully aware of what they're capable of... That would be like killing the witch's victims themselves.

That sounds similar to a threat in the worlds I've been in. We call them Unversed--they're creatures of negativity, and they feed off those emotions in people.

The person wanting the creature is a man named Karakael. The person who volunteered to transported it is Kyouko Sakura.
