[Accidental Video]

[the_original_clone]

(The video starts with a view of Mewtwo on his throne in his tower. He seems to be in a deep sleep and looks to be tossing in turning, as if he is having a nightmare. His face twists a little and you hear him 'say' one word.)

...Amber.

(He takes a deep breath and starts to wake up. He grabs his head in confusion.)

W-What was that?

(Mewtwo rubs his head a little to collect himself.)

...I believe I just had a...very realistic dream...or was it a memory?

...Possibly. It was too real to just be a dream. It's strange though. I'm struggling to remember anything about it. The most I can get are bits and pieces, as if it were a dream. Not only that but if it is a memory I don't know when it happened...The only time I can think of is before I awoke in the tube. But how is that possible?

I don't know much about it, but I've heard that dreams are sometimes a way for our brains to tell us things that we've forgotten. Maybe that is what happened to you?

But why did I forget? It's all so unclear. It's almost as if...

(Mewtwo's face contorts a little as he tries to force himself to remember more. He is straining himself to try and find some kind of explanation.)

...My subconscious remembers but it was wiped from my conscious memory.

(Mewtwo looks at the screen to see the video started a bit before he woke up.)

Did I say anything while I was asleep?

(Mewtwo's eyes widen a little and a single stream of tears flows down his face at that name.)

Amber.

I remember...Just a bit. I remember a young girl with three Pokemon...Clones like me. She taught me things. But she...she...

(Some glass next to Mewtwo starts to crack as he strains to remember more and his powers go a little out of control.)

(Mewtwo's eyes glow in anger as he realizes something. The glass next to him shatters and the monitor shakes as his anger forces his powers to run wild.)

They did this! Even in death they mock me!

My creators. They must have wiped my memories of her. It was before I was awake. We were connected with my psychic abilities before I was 'alive'. They could have manipulated my brain as I was still in the tube...I didn't think I could hate them or enjoy the fact that I killed them more than I already did.

It is possible while I was in the tube. They had machines that could effect my brain.

(Mewtwo's powers subside but his eyes still glow slightly. His eyes have a very dangerous and almost unstable look to them.)

...I know what I must do now.

(Mewtwo turns away and looks outside the window of his tower.)

...I'm going to need a DNA sample. The machine is almost done so if I have her DNA...

It seems so. The dream was so real too...Almost as if it actually happened.

I'm not sure. It is extremely vague. I'm trying to grasp it but am coming up quite short. All I can get is me talking to a figure that had a Charmander, a Bulbasaur, and a Squirtle surrounding it.

I suppose that is true...But it is extremely frustrating. I feel like I'm grasping at strings.

It's sure to turn up if you do some grave-digging.

If you're thinkin' your throne room there needs spiffier decorations, aim for better rocks than amber, why don'tcha? How's about diamond? Or at least ruby.

(Mewtwo brings his hand to his head and his face twitches as he strains to remember something.)

...I think you're on to something about it being a girl. The name Amber sounds familiar...But I can't seem to place where it is from.

And here I was gonna be delicate, but if you don't even remember to be sensitive... Y'think she's some kinda trace memory of whatever you were cloned off of?

Hmm. That is an interesting theory. I have seen memories that aren't mine, like the scenery I saw just before I awoke...But that name feels different than those memories. Like it is something I forgot myself...I'll have to do more research into this.
