How do I use it?

[Marvelous will jab the keyblade into the ground, using it as a pivot to use his spare Gokai Pistol to fend off some of the Goumin on his back.]

Open it up and plug the Ranger key into the hole. The activation phrase is 'Gokai Change'. Then turn the key.
