I'm not sure I understand the question. If you are a girl, you look like a girl, and if you are a boy, you look like a boy. The choice is yours, and anyone who would argue it is not worth your time.

If anything, you appear to young to have a pronounced gender. Many of my neuter-children look similar.

I think most of my species are born with a gender.
