Anyone know what's going on? One moment I was certain that everything was going right and then now I find myself back in SAO, almost two years ago.

The fact that other people are getting hammered by different viruses at the same time.

I know, it was recent. Though it doesn't seem to be as wide-spread this time.

Remember that virus a while ago that caused people to get hit by multiple ones at a time? I remember some of the stuff I said back then.

... Not really. I must not have been paying much attention then.

Yep. It gets weirder the longer we're involved in this together buuuuut I think we can handle it.

You manage to get out of SAO?

Yeah I did, almost two years later. It's been full of hardships though.

But you managed to get out! That's great! It means that we either figured something out, or someone managed to win it.

Yeaaaah about that. I dunno if the timeline changed or whatever, but what I'm remembering is an unaltered timeframe or something. Without much community interference. I managed to clear it around the 77th floor by defeating the Final Boss pre-emptively, but right now I'm sure I can't take him.

... I see. You don't remember talking to me at all? Or you do remember but it's like some separate set of memories?

That's what I think. We didn't really re-connect till at least the end of the second year, when we met again in-game for another MMO we had to go into together.
