Has anyone else ever had to explain really strange things to people not on the community?

I've had to make excuses for why a four-eyed cat and an ancient knight are living in my house. I'm really not sure how I managed it.

Oh, occasionally. If only to explain to my boyfriend that he was going to need to open doors for me because I was stuck as a fox for a few days.

It worked out surprisingly well.

It could be tricky, yes. Thankfully Matthew will put up with quite a bit. Or perhaps he just liked me sleeping on top of his feet while I was stuck like that. Castles can be drafty.

I mostly do paperwork. Matthew tends to end up minding the marquess's younger brother.

I think in my case the cat would be more difficult to handle. No one here will think it's that strange if I isolate myself for a few days, but hiding a living creature is another story. Especially one with an extra pair of eyes.

I got him from a girl named Roxy. He looks a little strange, but there really doesn't seem to be anything wrong with him aside from that.

I'm still not really sure how I got away without explaining why he had four eyes. Nanako seems to like him, so that probably had a lot to do with it.

As far as strangeness goes, a four eyed cat isn't that bad, I guess. A talking or superpowered one would be harder to explain.
