I understand. Yet if person A is weak enough, his measures can either be reversed or prevented. He might be more dangerous in the sense that he will cause damage more often, but sometimes not to as much of a degree as person B.

It doesn't matter how weak a person is if they have will and can use it to find a way. Weak people are sometimes more dangerous than the strong ones just because of how easy it is to make the wrong decisions. Don't talk like just because someone doesn't have magical powers they can't accomplish anything. A weak person with even a single chance at holding power over someone else can make them dangerous if they take that opportunity without regard for others. Having magical or super powers or political power doesn't make someone dangerous if they're going to use it in the right way. What makes a person dangerous is who they are, not what they are or what they're capable of.

I see. I will concede that point to you. You seem to have more experience dealing with the second type of person. My experiences are usually with the first type.

I'm sure it's a good idea to be wary of both, so we're probably both right but not all people with power are dangerous.

Not all people who are dangerous are dangerous to everyone too, it gets pretty complicated I guess.
