There's something I've been meaning to do for a while now, and since things are quieter here it's about time I got to it.

A lot of the members here have special abilities. While we still don't know the cause of the viruses, and the scientists who were investigating them seem to have left, I believe it should be possible to combat some of the effects of viruses. Some of the time, at least.

In order to do that, I think we should have a list of members with powers and what their powers are. Worldhoppers too- so that anyone who can't stay on their world knows who to contact.

I'll start with myself. I'm Sumimura Masamori, and I'm a kekkaishi. That means I can create and control barriers, and protect or destroy anything inside those barriers. I can make a few other things too, shikigami and basic wards, but for the most part I work with barriers. I can also worldhop, if necessary.

.. Yo, you sure no one's gonna just abuse a list like this? If someone with bad intentions finds the community, they can see everyone's strengths right away.

Since the idea behind this list is to help lessen the effects of viruses, I'd hope they'd have enough self-interest not to use it offensively.

In any case, it's voluntary, so no one who's uncomfortable with the risk has to share their information.

So in other words, all the naive morons who are the most likely targets to begin with will be on there. Sounds like you're playing right into it.

The "naive morons" are also the ones who have most of their activities broadcast to the community, but they've been able to handle themselves in spite of that.

I'd rather find out if I'm "playing into" anything later than pass up potential advantages now.

Then you're a moron too. [ So nice, Kyouko.. even if she's gotten better, it's not like she's exactly the most polite of people even now. Especially since she's so vocal about her opinions. ]

If ya seriously think something like this will only be good for people, then you're wrong. It's in people's nature to step on others. That's what the world's like.

If you think it's "morons" who prepare a counterattack, that's completely moronic.

Nothing in the world is only good. But there are plenty of things where the potential benefits are worth the backlash.

Hey, don't ya call me a moron! I'm probably half your age [ n.. ot.. really.. but it's sort of close on her side, at least.. ] and I've been just fine all this time without anyone's help.
