[The community has helpfully supplied a picture of the situation, because it's too loud for video to be at all helpful. Jak is crouched behind what looks like about half of a firing-range target that stands up from the floor. The background is hard to make out, it seems to be full of sparks. There's a little black and yellow disc somewhere at the top of the shot.]

Aren't bullets supposed to stop ricocheting eventually?!?!?

[Kirby doesn't really have an answer to that. He is busy fighting what appears to be an animate group of rabid dishes and cookware with a hammer.]

[In the mercifully muted video, Jak makes a brief attempt to snipe the drone. Since his normal sniping gun is a variant of the one that fired the drone to start with, this doesn't work out too well.

He crouches down and switches back to text.]

[You bet! The ceramic adversaries keep trying to swarm Hammer Kirby, even though Kirby keeps sending the said foes careening into the ground and various objects with his spinning hammer move.

[Sometimes Jak wonders whether he ought to reconsider his tendency to just punch things in melee. Smashing things with a hammer looks awfully satisfying sometimes.]

[Hammer is one of Kirby's strongest Copy Abilities using a weapon. He'd definitely agree with you there!]

Remote drone. Supposed to launch with about fifty rounds, scan the killzone and rapid-fire into any targets. Been firing too long, bullets won't stop ricocheting, don't know why.

Oh dear. And there's no way to disable it once it starts firing I take it?

Normally wouldn't want to. I fight robots and monsters - shoot until dead, dead, dead. Usually runs out of ammo anyway.

Tried shooting it down. Best sniping gun uses same eco in ammo, hard to tell if had effect. Magic infinite ammo might be doing weird things to feed.

Oh dear, that's not good. I guess you just have to wait for it to run out of steam. Or just barricade it off.

Haven't tried other guns on it yet. Afraid what they'd do. Some are the kind of thing I'd use to take apart armored targets, vehicles, that sort of thing. Or crowd control.

Mass Inverter might work though.

Ceiling. Indoor test range. If I was outside I could fly away. Probably.

Agrav immobilizes the targets anyway, unless they can get up a lot of thrust.
