That would depend on how you define them. With the common one of "divine intervention", then yes; with "an unusual victory", even moreso.

Either way, I believe in making my own miracles happen, rather than waiting upon capricious or distant gods.

Not always. A god or person might be ill-suited to a task, but that doesn't mean none can help in a situation. After all, "don't ask Shiva for Ifrit's duty".

It's all about using your resources wisely.

What I want from the gods is a passage, and to know more of their existence. I know intellectually they exist, but I won't rest until I see their power with my own eyes!

Of course. I have been studying eidolons since my youth, so to finally see one with my own eyes would be... a great fulfillment for my life's work.
