No. It varies from culture to culture, era to era. Human sexuality is almost like fashion in some ways. In some cultures, women are considered to lack a sex drive entirely. In others, men are considered to have the vastly inferior libedo. In some cultures, the only approved relationships between men is one in which a mature older individual dominates a younger one, and that's it. Some cultures do not approve of any kind of sex save that which produces a child. Some sub-cultures approve of no sex at all, and can only increase their numbers by adoption because their members refuse to reproduce.
