[Compared to Delenn's last video, this one is decidedly calmer--or as calm as it ever gets on Babylon 5, at least. She's sitting in a Japanese zen garden, quietly observing the ripples of sand around the stones.]

My friend, Commander Sinclair, specially requested this small garden to be set aside in Green Sector, as a quiet space. It has been a year since I said goodbye to him, and longer since I have last visited this place, but I thought it appropriate to meditate here.

[She smiles faintly.]

We are free. Both the Vorlons and the Shadows, as well as the rest of the First Ones, have left the galaxy to join the rest of our precursors beyond the rim. The younger races are free to discover who we are and what we want, without the machinations of those who came before us.

I wish that I could say this victory came with a minimum of bloodshed, but many lives were lost on all sides in this ridiculous war. Anna Sheridan, Kosh, many planets...and rumors swirl around Centauri Prime and what it cost Londo and Vir to rid their people of the Shadows. But we have opened our eyes and will no longer allow ourselves to be manipulated into fighting for anything other than what we truly believe in.

To those of you who faced the Shadows and the Vorlons as they breached the worlds, I am once again sorry. And I thank you for your courage and strength of heart.

The future belongs to us. And now, we must decide what to make of it.

And some good came from it too. However, I fear this has caused unrest in Zawame.

I am certain that it will. Is there a way that others can convince your people to form an alliance, as we have?

There's been discussion, international discussion but most disturbingly I have heard something that Yggdrasill Corp is planning something as well. Whatever it is, it might not bode well.

However, the Beat Riders are being sufficiently trained first.

I am the leader of the Anla'shok--the closest translation in English is "the Rangers." We walk in the dark places where others dare not go and gather intelligence, as well as protect those we come across. If you would like, I can supplement your training with the skills that the Rangers use, both in combat and in espionage.

While I am slightly reluctant on the idea, it would be fore the best. Combat training is something these young folk need, with more Inves showing up recently.

I can lend you some of the best Rangers that I have. Now that the Shadow War has ended, they could use something to occupy their time.
