Do you see any heavily armored knights nearby? You can always ask them that you are looking for the Archadian Palace.

A-ah well, I didn't want to bother them you see, and after what happened when I arrived I thought that visitors to the palace were a nuisance, and I didn't want to make them angry or get in their way or anything, so I tried to find my way back on my own, but in the end I just think I got even more lost, and I suppose that was actually pretty silly so-
