Somehow, I've ended up three years before I should be, and...it seems that I've taken the place of the me that should be here now.
Is that normal?

What the hell am I going to do? They're able to track me, somehow. I can't do this.

Depends on what you think normal is, on this community.

Be wary of what you do, now that you are in the past. The future could be changed drastically.
