There's the sound of soft music floating about in the air as much as the cherry blossom that are littered through out the estate. You see a young man in a Kimono, eyes closed as his hands danced over the instrument swift and gentle as the wind. The song comes to an end a moment later.
"That was very good, Kazuki. You truly have mastered our art in all ways I hoped you would"
"Thank you, mother" he smiled.
"I believe you have a visitor now," the tall dark haired woman said stepping aside to reveal Juubei in the doorway.
"Juubei," Kazuki's eyes lit up seeing his best friend.
"I'm sorry for being so rude," he bowed to his mother and turned to Kazuki. "I was on my way so see my mother and Sakura and heard your playing. It's truly beautiful and would soothe even a bear in pain"
Kazuki blushed a bit at the praise. "It's not that special, Juubei. Just reflecting the lessons I've learned thus far"
"Pardon me, mistress" a voice said behind them as the trio looked to see one of the other servants standing nearby. "I believe it's time for the young master's next lesson"
"I should be going anyway," Juubei said. "I'll see you soon, Kazuki" he smiled.
"Bye Juubei," he waved then turned to gather up his instrument, but paused looking over at his mother who was standing there silently. "Mother?"
"It's nothing, Kazuki," she smiled before turning and exiting out the door, leaving him alone in the room. He gets an uneasy feeling for a moment before finishing gathering his things and going on to his next lesson
