If anyone was wondering, the community still throws viruses at people who go too long without posting.

It seems like it's been an extremely long time since I was affected by a virus. I didn't want to say anything, but at this point it's getting to be strange.

Has anyone else's connection to the community been unreliable lately, or is it just me? There have been periods of over a week where the site won't load for me.

Though I suppose it's possible that it's just an actual Internet connection problem on my end.

Is it just my imagination, or have things been quieter here lately?

Evidently the community thinks I haven't been posting enough. It's been a long time since I was last forcibly directed here, and I was beginning to think it wasn't going to happen again at all.

Well, if it's going to interrupt my research, I might as well try to make the research relevant. Do any of you have experience with unusual medical conditions?

[Ayumi was out with Fu-chan that day, looking at antiques when Fu-chan changed into a bracelet. So absorbed in how pretty it looked, she never even noticed a certain pink bumping right into her behind. Stumbling forward, she made an "eep!" noise as she looked over her shoulder.]

Ayumi: Um... sorry! [And off she tears off, embarrassed.]

[Just when she thinks she's clear however, a yell came from behind her.]

Miyuki: WAAAAAAIT!

[Absolutely shocked, Ayumi just kept running, wondering why she was chasing her.]

[Along a pathway, after Hibiki explained what they were trying to do, ie find Fusion, Ayumi bumped into Hibiki and Fusion sort of went wobbly for a moment.]

Ayumi: SORRY!

Miyuki: WAIT!

Hibiki: ... WAIT HOLD ON! [And Hibiki takes chase. The chase goes on for several minutes before Hibiki zooms in front of the pair, holding out her hands.]

Hibiki: HOLD ON THERE!

[And Miyuki goes crashing into Hibiki, sending up dust everywhere.]

Ayumi: Um... are you two okay...?

Hibiki & Miyuki: GAAAAAH! [And they burst free, standing up as Ayumi whimpers. But as one, they bow to her.] I'm really sorry about earlier!

Miyuki: I'm sorry for bumping into you. I should have been watching where I was going!

Hibiki: And I bumped your bracelet. I didn't break it, did I?

Ayumi: O-oh! Well the bracelet and I are all okay. Was that what you wanted to tell me?

[The pair nodded and Ayumi had to smile as she bowed and headed off.]

Ayumi: What strange girls. Normally you wouldn't chase after someone to ask forgiveness...

[Yesterday, Kanade was on cloud nine. Everything was going right. Her plans had gone just perfectly, and she'd managed to convey her feelings clearly and have Hibiki respond in kind. Basically, every girl's dream, right? (Well, minus the part about Hibiki being another girl, but that wasn't important.)

Today? You're looking at video of a lump under a bedsheet, lying down and curled into a ball.]

I can't believe I c-c-confessed to Hibiki like that...! How am I going to look at her ever again!? Oh, this is horrible...! I mean, I liked it, and yesterday felt great, but I can't just go that far with her... can I?

[A long silence.]

What am I supposed to do now? I kind of joked about it before, but now it happened, and... help?

[The girl trails off. You have no idea what her expression is under the bedsheet, but she sounds like she's working her way up to a major breakdown. Her door and windows are locked; she can't barricade her bookshelf from anyone coming in that way, but aside from that she's locked in.]

It's the day of the Tanabata Festival, and Yayoi is fielding traffic to and fro from the Mysterious Library and meeting people who are coming in with their own worldhops. You may see some of her teammates around including a fairy named Pop around today, but for the purpose of it, everything is funtimes!

There's a lot of people around and arriving at the front gates of the festival grounds, there's a ton of stuff to do, such as fish catching, food vendors and other assorted games. Have a ball and mingle. Because tonight, the Smile Precure are in for the fight of their lives.

Pegasus Day is upon us as well, since Marchenland celebrates the same occasion on the same day. So try not to ride the Pop!Pegasus around too much.

How do you make somebody happy when they're convinced that they don't deserve it, probably because there are some people out there who want them to believe that?

[Itsuki is pretty obviously very spooked by something; what in the world could have happened?]

Girls, I'm sure you've all seen this post by now. I specifically have four problems with it:

[A screenshot of the pan across the Heartcatch team.] One, I'm not a Precure yet, though I recognize what I know will become my form. Two, Yuri can't transform, so her being there is physically impossible. [Another still, this one of the Suite team.] Three and four. We've seen Melody and Rhythm fight, and their team is two, not four.

Are there any other discrepancies? And more importantly... what does this mean?

[Five minutes after the original posting, there's new text:] And I almost forgot, Yayoi's whole team is missing, which is five more people that should be there but aren't. Isn't that odd?

Oh, come on, why did you ditch me, Drama Drama Duck? You should've known you'd want me back!  There isn't any comparable products to Super Uber Lambdadelta brand. Even if you replace me for the newest model, it won't be the same. You can't tell me you'd already gotten bored of me! Well, I see you saw the error in that since I'm back.

It's Feburary here already? Awww, I missed Valentine's Day already!  A wonderful day for stuffing yourself with chocolate until you get sick of them and then some more, and I missed it. I'll have to make up for it. All the more chocolates! Mountains of them! [Chocolates begin raining around the girl as she continues speaking.] Ahh, my mouth's watering already! Though I don't regret missing out on that red string virus. There's only one for me, you know!

[She leans back in her ridiculously over-ruffled pink chair, relaxing.]

The pile is so huge that it'd pass more for a large store display than a gift left for someone. A note's been left with familiar handwriting on it, "To My Belated Valentine~ ☆(⌒▽⌒)☆ <3"

Guess what? Most of the chocolates aren't even trapped in any way! Lambdadelta's in that good a mood.]

[It seemed like a normal video post as the screen pans over the familiar landscape of Yokohama's harbor town. And suddenly, the world goes dark. Incredibly dark. And then this happens.]

Fusion: My name is Fusion! I shall destroy all and dye the world in darkness!

[And with that, Fusion unleashed a powerful flame attack which was suddenly blocked by a shimmering wall of energy.]

Person 1: Were we saved?

Person 2: What happened?

Person 3: Hey, there's something on top of the Ferris wheel!

[Yes indeed. A certain several someones, very familiar to many people. The community really is good at getting the angles of this shot as more people spoke in surprise about what they were seeing.]

Person 4: There's someone on top of the car. There are a lot. There are 5... 10... a lot!

Person 5: They're girls!

Person 4: Could they be...

[And then an elderly voice cuts in.]

Elderly Man: That's it. It has to be. When the world is dyed with darkness... they are said to surely appear. They are the Legendary Warriors!

[And at the prompting of a squad of familiar mascots, everyone started cheering loudly!]

[Across town though, there's someone who is unfamiliar with the situation at hand, as a young girl is moving the last of her things into her room. She sighs a little, shaking her head.]

I hate this place...

I entered my home today and found, to my surprise, a friend had entered it while I was out. It's not everyday you find someone showing up in your house that you weren't expecting. And no, they had no ill intentions. They just wanted to greet me when I got home.

It was very sweet. This thing isn't common, is it?

[That is... perhaps not the most convincing evil laugh ever, but Karen is attempting to make up for it with sheer enthusiasm. She is dressed in black and blue, and wearing a silly crown which upon closer examination is actually made of plastic beads but it isn't obvious from the video, and you will just have to imagine both of those things because lazy Andy is lazy and doesn't want to sift through Google image results to find something appropriately outlandish.]

Fools! You've been complacent for far too long, and left yourselves vulnerable! Now, your worlds will belong to me, Minazuki Karen... or as you shall address me from now on, EMPRESS AQUA!

Now, I realize most of you don't want to deal with the process of conquest, and of course I can be accommodating. Merely pledge your allegiance to me, and you'll be able to proceed more or less as usual. Those of you who want to make this difficult, on the other hand... well, I have ways of dealing with you. Ahahahahahaha!

[With that, the video cuts out, just in time to avoid broadcasting Karen breaking out into a giggle-fit.]

[She's not in the sorching flames of Former Hell, but in a esquisite, western style kitchen that's supposed to be used  by a staff of twenty. No one but her is there, and the emptiness makes the room appear twice as large. Before her is a large steel pot of boiling water, and in one hand she carries a basket filled with nothing but eggs. Gingerly, she takes one and adds it to the pot.] My favorite [two eggs] way to cook  [three eggs] eggs [four eggs] is to [five eggs] hard [six eggs] boil [seven eggs] them. [Screw it- she dumps the rest of the eggs into the pot. The virus granted her Karen's feelings- patience, among other things. Waiting the twelve or so minutes for the meal to be done could not be less fine by her. She points a spoon towards the camera.] Any other way of cooking them is stupid.

[And that would be an extra sense of superiority.]

[The rich polished wood and lavish furnishing of the setting make it quite obvious that this is set in the Minazuki residence. Nozomi, dressed in a frilly dress and lace apron, is carrying a tray with tea and cookies down the hallway, humming merrily along. She nearly trips, but catches herself without spilling. The rattling of the china sounds through the hallway, but seeing as all seemed safe and sound, Nozomi sighs with relief and follows it with a pleased giggle.

This was going to be perfect! Karen-san would be so surprised!]

Karen, darling~! [She nudged a large wooden door open with her hip and walked into the study.] I brought you some tea and cookies. Take a break from you work, won't you~?
