I've been hearing some rumors at work lately that Kougami-san is working on another set of Core Medals. I mean, I think he'd be more careful with them, after what happened to me with Poseidon, but...I can't help but feel a little worried about it anyway.

Should I try to talk him out of it? Or just find out more information first?

[It's a dark and stormy night.

Or it's supposed to be, anyway, but someone keeps throwing buckets of water in Miharu's face and another person is shaking metal for thunder sound effects while a third person is flashing lights for lightning. Naturally, with all of this going on, Miharu's having a hard time focusing on his fight with a monster.]

...I think Poseidon was easier to fight than this.

[He throws a punch, and there's a "whoosh" sound effect and a "pow!" as it impacts. But the monster shakes it off and throws him...

...And Miharu is yanked by a cable into a pane of fake glass.]

Yeah. Poseidon was less annoying.

Got into a fight while I was away. Spent the last while watching videos of everything I missed. I especially loved the video of Retasu and Miharu confessing to one another.

Now then, what should I do with the two of you?

Retasu, you know that party Kendrix was planning? I know it's still a couple of weeks away, but I was wondering if you might want to go with me. I mean, I understand if you don't, but if you're not too busy, maybe we could go.

Stanley? Is there any chance I can meet up with you?

[Miharu's sitting stretched out on his couch--he still looks a little beat up from that battle a few days ago.]

Glad to see Hayate's doing okay. But uh...guess who botched his landing and sprained his ankle?

[And the video quickly switches to his foot wrapped up in bandages, iced, and resting on a pillow.]

The Kougami Foundation's taking care of the monsters while I'm recovering, and I can at least do school online. But I'm going to get bored staying on the couch for a few days, so does anyone have any sugges...

[He's suddenly cut off as a dimensional curtain opens up behind him, and Kaitou comes diving through, ducking behind the couch.]

[Miharu is sitting at a table with a dented hammer in front of him.]

I need some heavy-hitters here. I really haven't had much luck. Whatever this new virus is, it brought back something I need destroyed, and I don't have the power to do that.

[What could possibly need to be destroyed while being tough enough to dent a hammer? The Core Medals of Kamen Rider Poseidon, of course.]

[Somewhere in struggling through his costume drama, Miharu managed to accidentally activate his phone and its connection to the community. He's hopping around on a flipper right now, trying to get a ducky inner tube off of him.]

C'mon, c'mon...

[He gets the tube off, but now there's an Olympic-style swimsuit. He sighs and starts slipping that off, only for it to be replaced with...is that Aquaman? Off it goes.]

Whoa!

[Oops. Looks like the virus, or at least Miharu's version, was an Aquaman fan. Miharu faceplants as a stiff merman tail appears on his legs.]

Ugh. Stuck. And I don't know if I want to find out what'll be next.

Looks like I'm skipping school today.

[Alright, quick recap on what's going on since, like, two months ago - the Gokaigers had been confronted by Satoru Akashi, the former Bouken Red of the Go Go Sentai Boukenger, with a mission: to help him find the Yomi Heart, a very powerful Precious. In that time, the Gokaigers follow Satoru to where the treasure is located, only to find the Zangyack there looking for it, too. Captain Marvelous and Luka opted to join Satoru in finding the treasure while Gai and the other Gokaigers stayed behind to deal with the Zangyack. Which was a problem in and of itself because of their lack of coordination: Gai transformed into Shurikenger of the Ninpuu Sentai Hurricanger while the others transformed into the members of the Ninja Sentai Kakuranger (which, as Gai points, didn't have a Sixth Ranger)

Marvelous, Luka and Satoru have their own problems, though - someone else had beaten them to the Yomi Heart and used it to revive Ryuuwon, one of Satoru's old foes. The creature uses the power of the Yomi Heart to seal away the trio inside the cave he was revived in and goes off to smack around the other Gokaigers.

As the trio comes to, we catch them having a conversation of sorts...]

It is when adventurers face an obstacle that their hearts get excited. The joy of that adventure is an irreplaceable treasure. Isn't it the same with you?

[And as Marvelous muses on that, he flashes back to his time with Aka Red, the personification of the Red Rangers. He thinks back to being rescued by the hero from a trap and, in turn, rescuing him. Reaching the end of their search, Marvelous digs through some rubble and discovers something in it - the Bouken Red Ranger Key.]

...damn, you sure are an optimist.

So, what'll we do with that Precious thing?

We can't collect it with it absorbed in Ryuuwon's body. We'll have to destroy it.

[That can't be Usagi looking vaguely bored as she does homework. On the beach. As far from the water as possible.

[Bad-Anon had been a tradition for many people over the years of being active in the gaming industry. And yet, sometimes people just crashed it because they could.

Case in point, J cleared his throat.]

[No he wasn't, he was just there for the enetron. And he sipped his drink.]

I have seven wins today, against several other Ganbaride opponents.

[Well, lets see who else crashed Bad-Anon today for the snacks.]

[ The video opens on the streets of Tokyo, a familiar girl standing in the middle of it - Usagi, in her Sailor Moon outfit that some people might have seen during the time in the zombie mall. Except she's looking quite distressed at the countless of bodies lying around on the street, lying there motionlessly like they are nearly dead. ]

What should I do..?! [ Her voice is tiny but clearly desperate. ] How am I going to rescue them all?! I'm supposed to be the leader, but.. I'm not like the others, I don't have any special powers like them at all.. a coward like me can't do anything at a time like this! [ She glenches the goggles of her outfit that she has in her hands instead of on her face this time, her eyes shut and tears ready to fall from them as she sniffs. ] Without Luna I can't do anything-- help me, Luna, what should I do?!

[ But just as she says that there's a flash of black, and a guy in a tuxedo and a cape grabs her, holding her tight and close to him. He speaks up this time. ] Hang in there, Sailor Moon..! You can do this!

[ Usagi mostly looks surprised, but then her wand - the Moon Stick - seems to appear out of nowhere and she tightly grasps it, her face suddenly filled with determination. ]

Maybe.. I can do this.. [ She steadies herself with help of Tuxedo Mask, and when she speaks a bright light emerges from the stick, engulving everything. ] Please.. bring everyone back to life! Help them!

[ The light grows even more, clearly beyond the normal kind of power a magical girl should have, and once it disappears the people around Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask all seem to wake up, even if it's Usagi herself who drops motionlessly in the guy's arms this time, the feed slowly going black as only Tuxedo Mask's voice is still heard, franctically calling out to her. ] Sailor Moon?!

( ooc: usagi will actually be replying to comments, just belated by a few hours icly! )

G-guys— [ yuugi sounds panicked, and his voice is trembling, like he's on the verge of tears. there's shouting going on in the background, but it doesn't obscure what he says. ] Everyone, I'm really worried... Right now, me and my friends - our lives are definitely in danger here!

[ he takes a deep breath, but explains very frantically, still bordering on hysterical: ] Kaiba-kun invited me and Jounouchi-kun to his mansion, but it was a trap all along... Everything he and his brother have done has been to try to kill us! Grandpa was sent to hospital because of Kaiba-kun, and now we're all stuck in his "Death-T" amusement park. It's insane...! Jounouchi-kun had to fight a real serial killer just to get us through one of the stages, and we've— [ his voice cracks, but he manages to push onwards. ] We lost Honda-kun to that last game...

I... I won't think that we're going to die here, though! Because I have faith in all of my friends... I believe that Honda-kun is still alive, and that the strength of my friends will support me - and... the other me...

[ this seems to be what he was leading up to, because there is an audible pause as he steadies himself. his voice comes out more composed, but a little nervous. ]

I just wanted to confess... Having just told my other friends, it didn't feel right not to say anything. There's... another me... another "Yuugi" that lives inside of me. He's come out a few times, so you might have met him already, but he and I... We'll definitely win this, and we'll come back safely. So, please believe in us!!

[Miharu sets up the video, still transformed as Kamen Rider Aqua. Behind him is his vehicle, the Aqua Miraider, which has a strange flag on it. It looks almost like...oh god. It is. It's a pair of boxers. What the HELL were you doing in the past, Miharu?]

We did it. We defeated Poseidon.

[The relief and joy in his voice are clear, and there's something that never was there before--courage.]

I finally found the courage I needed to transform and use the powers I was meant to. I'm going to protect this future, for OOO and everyone else who fought so hard in the past. It'll be tough, but I'll do it.

Hey.. Let's say you have a rowdy ghost or spirit or demon or something like that bothering people for no good reason. What would you do to stop it?

[The feed opens on a park at night. It should be a peaceful sight, but it's far from it. There's two people, a couple from the looks of it, screaming and running away, as small fireballs hit the ground behind them.

As they run, you can see a small figure jumping after them. He stops after a while, laughing as the couple disappears from the park.]

Ahahahaha, that's right, you'd better run! Here, take one for the road! Baddaboom! [He snaps his fingers and another fireball appears, flying after them before hitting a tree.] Hahahahaaaa... Ahhhh, that never gets old.

[The figure walks forward and the camera finally decides to focus on him, revealing... a small, purple imp. Not exactly imposing.]

Huh? What's this now? [He turns to look at the camera and walks towards it. Whatever's being used to record this is getting picked up.] Guess one a' those humans musta dropped it. What's this piece a' junk do, anyway? [He starts randomly pushing buttons, but nothing really happens. He frowns as he takes a closer look at it, but then shrugs.] Well, finders keepers!

[Miharu--or Poseidon, rather--is battling another young man, presumably a Rider. The man runs toward him, but Poseidon blasts him, throwing him to the ground. He leaps into the air and lands over him, ready to run him through with his weapon. He bats away a blast of fire meant to stop him, then raises his weapon, and...]

[Miharu hasn't been heard from much during the grab-bag virus. That's because ever since, he's been throwing himself into being Kamen Rider Poseidon and failing miserably at it. Right now, he's fighting several monsters at once, and they quickly overpower him. He falls to the ground, transforming back to normal. But he's only got a moment to rest before he gets up and starts running, trying to get away from the monsters. When he's safe, he realizes that the community caught everything.]

I guess it figures that everyone would see that. I'm no Kamen Rider. I'm a failure.

I give up. I'm finished.
