And the way I treat people in order to push them away because I hate myself for growing up into the same type of man who destroyed my childhood, just terrible.

What are batteries, sunscreen, shaving cream, and flashlights?

Sunscreen is a lotion or spray that absorbs or reflects the sun's radiation and protects the skin.

Batteries are two or more electrochemical cells which store chemical energy and make it available as electrical energy.

Shaving cream is cream that is applied to the face or wherever else hair grows to avoid razor burn from shaving. It is often bought in a can, but can also be purchased in tubs or tubes.

A flashlight is a portable source of light. The light is mounted in a housing which contains a parabolic reflector, a clear protective lens, a power source (typically batteries) and an electric power switch.
