Anyone here have any type of..tricks or methods on how to fall sleep? I've been..having a hard time sleeping lately. And I can't keep...staying up like this every night. Misato-san says my synchronization scores are getting low. And I know father isn't happy about it either.
In any case, I really like this song.
[ooc: strike; only hackable to Kaworu, Asuka, and maybe Suzaku if he believes hard enough]

The following advice has proven useful in regards to my own issue of insomnia, as it were. Though I would not claim those problems have disappeared completely. If problems more complex than mere philological are posed against you, one should definitely seek more elaborate help than the Internet. For I am no physician.
Your success regarding this advice will vary, especially as I have no ability to evaluate what of this list exists already as part of your routine.
1. Regular, routine physical activity, such as exercise.
- In confined quarters, limited aerobics may have to suffice.
2. Removal of stimulants after a certain hour.
- Caffeine is an obvious barrier to sleep, but a developed reliance on alcohol might be as well, surprisingly.
3. A set routine around the time of sleep.
- Psychology suggests creating such routines helps 'prepare the mind' for sleep.
4. Relaxing audio or video media.
- The above advice has worked for other individuals, though not myself.
I hope my advice will be of some assistance towards eliminating your difficulties.

i like this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAuzZ61Bqkw
as for getting to sleep... its important to be somewhere warm, safe and comfortable.

That looks interesting. I might look into that.
Well-I have my room. But lately,..I haven't been feeling very comfortable there. I remember having a decent sleep at a friend's house. Maybe I have to start spending the night there more.

And yes, that is quite a catchy song. Some new kind of music, I take it. :-)

[Locked to Shinji]
((Ne, Shinji-kun. Are you having trouble with your EVA? Whenever I'm having trouble focusing, and Lancelot starts to notice, I sort of...I guess just let that part of me take over. There's the Suzaku who's walking and talking and having fun with his friends, and there's the Suzaku who fights, and who...can kill. As horrible as the fighting is...don't let the side that wants it to be over keep you from doing your job. And...at the same time, don't let the job hurt that part of you that can still be a kid, and has dreams, and...smiles. I'm sorry if I'm not being clear. But...I'm here if you need a friend.))Shinji-kun, kaichou-san says that not sleeping well is a sign of stress, and you should take a vacation if you're having trouble sleeping. The offer to come visit is open any time. :) I...know how you feel, though. Sometimes I have trouble sleeping, too. But...I don't know what I do to sleep, so...sorry I'm not helpful.
[Locked]
((Thank you Suzaku-san. I've just...have a lot on my mind I guess and I've keep my mind clear like they said but, it's just so hard to. And...they get mad because I can't but..it's not that simple. But I need to..straight up soon. I can't..keep disappointing father.))Well,...I've thought about taking your offer. And...Kaworu-kun said he wouldn't mind..covering for me if I visit you. But..I'm thinking..maybe sometime this weekend I can finish? And it's okay. Maybe you can..do some of these methods too.

Meditation and activity. Leading cause of insomnia is stress; trying harder to sleep inhibits success.
Being calm and tired works best for sleep. Try not to worry.
