First Logging - Video
[There's a lot of movement on the opposing end of the camera as everything zooms out to a little kid in a green suit who was adjusting the video camera.]

Is this how it goes? Good. Goodness this took a long time to set up. I wonder if all laptops have ridiculous start up times. Let's see...

... ducks? What? [He presses the keys a little, tapping it and frowning a little.] How strange. I just bought this laptop. Is it broken already?

[He tries X'ing out of it, cause hey, windows, but he was poking at the computer a little more. He even looked under it to see if a wire was loose.] This wire's connected and nothing seems to be broken... how odd.

Is this recording? Is anyone there?

[For those who know James well, this post is unwontedly casual. His hair is tied into a neat queue, but the camera hits at mid chest, low enough to make it clear that all he's wearing is his shirt. Which, while acceptable by modern standards, is hardly the normal standard of dress. No vest. No coat. No cravat. Randolph would be absolutely scandalized.

Except --]

It appears Professor Lyall has lost access to the community. He maintains all his memories of it, but is unable to view or post any messages, on any appropriate device.

[James seems very calm for someone making this announcement, but that might be because there's silk brocade curtains visible behind him.

They do not have silk brocade curtains on the Dutchman.]

Alexia, could we borrow your device to try? I doubt it would make a difference, but there's no call not to be thorough.

[The video opens to show a yellow pony with a pink mane adjusting the camera. It falls off the monitor and rolls over a bit more.]

Oops.

[She picks it up again in her hoof -- somehow -- and sets it back on top of her monitor. A small, white rabbit pushes her out of the way and finishes adjusting the camera himself.]

Thanks, Angel-bunny. Please tell me when it's recording, okay? Let's just get this over with.

[Angel, now standing next to the camera, makes some kind of motion only visible around the edges of the camera. His pony understood, though.]

(alarmed) What?! (hides under the computer table)

[Angel gives an annoyed look to the camera and hops down from the table. Slow, short scraping sounds can be heard. After a few seconds, the pony slowly becomes visible in the bottom of the screen, being pushed into view by a now exhausted Angel. He collapses, and his pony stands timidly.]

H-hello, um, Ducks? Are you Ducks? Please be Ducks... My friend Pinkie Pie ([personal profile] cupcakes_cupcakes) said I should look at least introduce myself and that it'd be "fun"... I'm not having any fun, so I'll just wrap this up and go, okay?

My name is Fluttershy. Um, bye?

Welcome to SAO - Canon Start
A forum? On SAO?

[This was the first Kirito had heard of this function as he scrolled along the menu, his finger using it like a touch screen as he continued to scroll along it. His brow furrowed at the sight of some of the messages, since they didn't seem to be game related.

A screen popped up with the message: Do you want to connect to the Community? Yes/No.

Pressing Yes, Kirito found himself looking at a video screen and he gasped.] A link... to the outside world?

[Scrolling rapidly, he started to write a message.]

This is an important question, guys!

Whoever here likes the person who goes by the username of [personal profile] selfished, show a raise of hands. And if you're typing or writing, just use the "o/" instead.

Oh, and an explanation on why you like or don't like this person would be nice, too.

That is all!

(OOC: I am so sorry, but this had to be done... ^^; Also this was due to this thread over here!)

(The feed starts with Mewtwo sitting in the throne of his completed tower with a hard gaze at the screen. Next to him is a woman in dress with a far away look in her eyes. Those of you expecting to hear Mewtwo speak will be surprised as the woman begins to speak, her far look still cemented on her face.)

Tell me community, how many of you occupy a world where there are things similar to the Pokemon of my world? My master wishes to know the kinds of creatures your worlds hold. Any information regarding the creatures would also be good to have.
